2. Accounts

Creating an account

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate information and maintain secure credentials.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. You must contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Plans and pricing

The Service is offered through subscription plans. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis through Stripe.

Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases that expire 365 days from the date of purchase. Monthly credits included with your subscription roll over for one billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period. Monthly credits expire at the end of your billing period. Purchased credits remain available and usable even after your subscription ends. No active subscription is required to use purchased credits.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment, no questions asked. After the first 14 days or on subsequent payments, subscription fees are non-refundable. Charges made in error will be reviewed at any time.

Credit packs are non-refundable because they are immediately usable and survive cancellation.

Plan changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately with proration applied.

4. Content ownership and usage rights

Your input

You retain ownership of all content and information you provide to the Service.

AI-generated output

Content generated by the Service is yours to use commercially. No attribution to Visible Creator is required. We do not claim ownership of your generated content. However, we cannot guarantee the uniqueness of AI-generated output.

Our use of your data

We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for internal analytics only.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal or harassing content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Create deceptive or misleading content
• Reverse-engineer the Service
• Circumvent usage limits
• Use bots or scrapers to access the Service
• Resell platform access (generating content for clients IS permitted)
• Upload or distribute malware

6. AI-generated content disclaimer

• Accuracy — AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and fact-checking all output before use.
• Originality — Generated content may resemble existing published work.
• Professional advice — Content generated by the Service is not legal, financial, or medical advice.
• Quality variation — Output quality may vary based on input quality and other factors.

7. Service availability and modifications

We provide the Service on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify features at any time.

We will provide 60 days notice before removing core functionality.

8. Intellectual property

Our property

The Service's design, technology, prompts, and branding are the intellectual property of Pure Inbound LLC.

Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that feedback to improve the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Inbound LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

By you

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the in-app account deletion feature.

By us

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. We will provide notice when possible.

12. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us. We will have 30 days to resolve the matter.

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

13. General provisions

• Entire agreement — These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pure Inbound LLC regarding the Service.
• Severability — If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No waiver — Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
• Assignment — We may assign these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
• Notices — We will send notices to the email address associated with your account.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will notify you via email.
